Hello

Nice to meet you! My name is Elisa-Marie and I am the founder of Blooming B&B's. My journey into hosting began back in 2014 when I was living in Melbourne, Australia as a teacher. I turned my second bedroom into an Airbnb and it very quickly turned into something truly special. I welcomed guests from all over the world; we shared meals, went sightseeing together, and I discovered a real passion for tourism, hospitality, and building a sense of community.

Fast forward to 2023, I decided to revisit this journey by creating and co-hosting an Airbnb in Toronto. After earning Superhost status and a gold ribbon, I was recognized by another residents in the building who asked me to convert and manage their property too. That’s when my little co-hosting adventure turned into a full-blown business (the best kind of accidental career).

I’m also a licensed real estate professional, which means I don’t just see your home as a beautiful space, I see it as an investment. I love helping owners position their properties strategically, optimize pricing, and ultimately maximize their returns while keeping the experience premium for guests.

I’m a seasoned traveler and backpacker, with stays in Airbnbs across the globe from Costa Rica to Thailand, Guatemala to Utah and Hawaii to Tasmania. These experiences taught me how important the little things are in creating an exceptional stay. Whether it’s a seamless check-in, cozy linens, a perfect coffee station, or supplies for beach days and picnics… I try to think of it all so you don’t have to.

I’m proud to be a 5-star host across all of my properties, and I’d love to bring that same care, strategy, and dedication to yours. I promise to treat your home like my own and your guests like my friends — while quietly obsessing over how to make your investment perform even better.

Let’s make something amazing (and profitable) together that your guests can call home
